About The Position

The Commercial Process Excellence Manager drives global harmonization and continuous improvement of commercial processes across Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Instrument & Enterprise Services business (IES). This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. In partnership with accountable business and functional process owners, the manager provides cross-functional leadership, structure, governance, and facilitation without formally owning the underlying processes.
