Schedule and coordinate commercial overhead door service calls, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance. Dispatch service technicians based on location, availability, experience, and job requirements. Communicate with customers regarding service requests, appointment times, technician arrival times, and job status. Receive and prioritize emergency and routine service calls. Create, update, and maintain work orders and customer service records. Review technician reports to ensure labor, materials, parts, and job information are accurately documented. Prepare service estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and other required documentation. Coordinate ordering and availability of parts, materials, and equipment needed to complete service work. Monitor open work orders and follow up on jobs that require additional parts, return visits, or customer approval. Communicate with technicians throughout the workday to address scheduling changes and job-site issues. Coordinate with customers, contractors, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial contacts. Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer-related service issues when applicable. Follow up with customers after completed service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer, equipment, service history, and billing information. Assist management with service reports, scheduling reports, and other administrative duties. Ensure company policies, safety requirements, and customer service standards are followed.
