About The Position

The Commercial Loan Servicing Team Lead is an expert resource for team members and leads the specialty lending programs. The Lead provides loan servicing and system operations support for various commercial loan products.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years ’ experience in Commercial loan operations specializing in loan servicing
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and resource for team members, Bankers and Loan Coordinators; demonstrate advanced knowledge of products, regulatory requirements and solutions.
Lead specialty lending programs and SBA 1502 reporting and maintenance, Swaps, Participations, and Syndications.
Book assigned loans on to the core system in accordance with executed loan documents.
Document, monitor, and resolve post-closing tasks/covenants defined in the loan documentation and communicate any additional actions necessary to servicing & support team.
Process system maintenance.
Monitor reports for syndications, SWAP loans, unused fees and letters of credit and ensure any exceptions are addressed in a timely manner.
Test SOPs for updates and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
