About The Position

Offit Kurman is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Atlanta office. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in general commercial litigation and/or construction litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cases with increasing independence.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and conferences.
• Manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy.
