About The Position
Lewis Brisbois’ Seattle office is seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in a growing real estate litigation practice, with a focus on landlord-tenant law. The position offers opportunities to advise clients, draft pleadings, and appear in court. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients, as well as federal, state, and local agencies. Its clients represent a broad range of industries and include corporations, businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in a growing real estate litigation practice, focused on landlord-tenant law.
- Admission to the Washington Bar.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong writing skills.
