Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation
About The Position
Frier Levitt is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year of commercial litigation experience for its Pine Brook, New Jersey office; candidates who would work in the New York City office may also be considered. The associate will handle commercial litigation matters, including drafting motions in federal and state courts, drafting discovery requests and responses or objections, and preparing for and taking depositions. Health law experience is preferred but not required. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive salary, with opportunities for substantial salary progression based on performance and contributions. A brief legal writing exam may be administered during the final interview phase.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in commercial litigation.
- Admission to the New Jersey or New York bar is required; admission to both is preferred.
- Outstanding research and writing skills.
