About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an associate attorney for its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in its Atlanta, Georgia office. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients, as well as federal, state, and local agencies. Its clients include corporations, businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs across industries such as manufacturing, banking, insurance, investment, medical services, technology, telecommunications, construction, sports, and entertainment.
Requirements
- Two to seven years of experience in complex commercial or business litigation.
- Experience in motion practice, depositions, and trial.
- Admission to the Georgia Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Technology or intellectual property experience, including patent bar admission, is a significant plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
