About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients, as well as government agencies. Its clients span a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, banking, insurance, investment, medical services and devices, technology, telecommunications, construction, sports, and entertainment.
Requirements
- Two to seven years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters.
- Experience with matters including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation.
- Experience in all facets of litigation, including motions, depositions, complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
