About The Position

Lewis Brisbois is seeking an associate attorney for its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in the San Francisco, California office. The position involves representing companies in complex commercial litigation matters, including financial fraud, securities, contract and fiduciary-duty disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. The associate will handle all facets of litigation, from motions and depositions through discovery, court appearances, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Requirements

At least 1 year of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters; the posting describes the ideal experience range as 1 to 7 years.

Admission to the California Bar is required.
