Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an associate attorney for its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in its Sacramento, California office. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients, as well as federal, state, and local agencies. Its clients span a range of industries and include corporations, businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs. The role involves complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including financial fraud, securities, contract and fiduciary-duty disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. The associate will handle all facets of litigation, including motions, depositions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. Admission to the California Bar is required.
Requirements
- At least one to seven years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters.
- Experience in all facets of litigation, including motions, depositions, complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Admission to the California Bar.
