Requirements
- Commercial litigation experience.
- Experience litigating in New York state and/or federal courts.
- Strong background in business disputes, commercial litigation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases and lead litigation matters.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial matrimonial litigation is a plus, but not required.
