Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney
About The Position
The Dallas, Texas office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. The role involves representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. The practice handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients, as well as government agencies. Its clients span a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, medical services and devices, technology, telecommunications, construction, sports, and entertainment.
Requirements
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies.
- Experience in all facets of litigation, including motions, depositions, complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Admission to the Texas Bar is required.
