About The Position

Seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Producer to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This role is intended for a sales and business-development professional with experience in commercial accounts. Compensation varies by experience and performance tier: Entry-Level to Junior Licensed (3–7 years) offers a base salary of $65,000–$110,000, with no book of business required and no sign-on bonus. Mid-Market (3–7 years) offers a base salary of $110,000–$180,000, a required book of business of $100,000–$500,000, and a sign-on bonus of $5,000–$25,000. Senior-Level (7+ years) offers a base salary of $200,000–$250,000, a book of business of $500,000 or more, and a sign-on bonus of $15,000–$100,000. Additional compensation includes a lookback bonus: bill $500,000 and receive a $500,000 bonus paid out over a specified period. The commission structure is 40/25 and negotiable. Equity is not available.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, focused on commercial accounts.
• 3–7+ years of industry experience, depending on compensation tier.
• Strong understanding of general account types and client management.
• Proficiency with AMS260 and Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
• Results-oriented mindset and passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with market leads and senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Use AMS260 and Salesforce to manage accounts and track performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with expert advice.

• Lookback bonus of $500,000 after billing $500,000, paid out over a specified period.
