Commercial Lines In House Account Manager
About The Position
Augustyniak Insurance Group is looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in our Mandarin office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a commercial book of business, and handling incoming opportunities. Your primary focus will be commercial renewals while also assisting with small commercial new business that comes into the agency. This is an in office position located in Mandarin, Florida. We are open to full time or part time candidates for the right person. Requirements
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License
- 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida commercial insurance carriers
- Experience with E&S markets
- Experience in an independent insurance agency required
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to market accounts, review coverages, and provide exceptional client service
Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a commercial lines book of business
- Review and remarket commercial renewals as needed
- Handle incoming small commercial new business opportunities from start to finish
- Work with both standard and E&S carriers to find the best coverage solutions
- Prepare proposals and coverage recommendations
- Build long term relationships with clients through proactive service and annual reviews
- Work closely with producers and the service team to ensure a smooth client experience
