Requirements
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
- Proficiency in AMS360.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures.

- Property & Casualty license.
- Experience with mid- to large-sized accounts.
Responsibilities
- Stay in direct contact with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for each client.
- Market new and renewal business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers.
- Conduct initial policy reviews and prepare coverage breakdowns.
- Respond to insureds’ correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters.
- Assist the producer in gathering renewal exposure information.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
