About The Position
A Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager is sought to temporarily join an insurance company in Southern California, with the possibility of hire. The role supports Account Managers, the sales team, and other team members while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include completing client service tasks related to new business applications, renewals, and policies; responding to clients by email and phone in a timely manner; and maintaining and updating customer files and databases. The position offers remote work and a stated pay range of $26.00–$31.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Customer service experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency with EPIC.
- A Property and Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Knowledge of insurance terminology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
