About The Position

NavSav is seeking a motivated commercial insurance producer to grow an existing book of business in Florida. The company has 75+ locations across multiple states and partners with multiple A+ rated carriers. NavSav offers a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals. The role focuses on developing commercial client relationships, providing insurance solutions, supporting new and renewal business, and meeting monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Entrepreneurial personality.
• Pass a background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Operational computing skills, including typing at least 45 WPM and using Microsoft Office Suites and internet browsers.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, and other methods.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
• Conduct needs analyses with clients and identify gaps in coverage.
• Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
• Become familiar with the company’s products, services, and systems.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
