About The Position

NavSav is seeking a motivated commercial insurance producer to help grow an existing book of business. The company has more than 75 locations across multiple states and partners with A+ rated carriers. NavSav offers a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals. The role focuses on developing client relationships, creating and renewing commercial policies, identifying coverage needs, and meeting monthly sales quotas.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing skills and typing speed of 45+ WPM, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites and internet browsers.
Confident self-starter who works well independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, and other channels.
Collaborate with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
Conduct needs analyses with clients and identify potential gaps in coverage.
Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
Become familiar with the company’s products, services, and systems.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
