About The Position

NavSav is seeking a motivated commercial insurance producer to grow an existing book of business. The role involves developing client relationships, identifying insurance needs, creating and issuing new business policies, and renewing existing business. The producer works with a Commercial Lines Account Manager and follows established sales processes to meet monthly quotas and support agency growth. NavSav offers access to 75+ multi-state locations and multiple A+ rated carriers, as well as a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Must pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing skills and typing speed of 45+ WPM, including experience with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
Confident self-starter who works well independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew existing business.
Conduct needs analyses with clients and identify potential coverage gaps.
Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
Become familiar with the company’s products, services, and systems.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
