About The Position

NavSav is seeking a motivated commercial insurance producer to grow an existing book of business. The company has more than 75 multi-state locations and partners with multiple A+ rated carriers. NavSav offers a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals. The role involves developing client relationships, generating and servicing new business, renewing policies, and contributing to individual sales goals and agency growth.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing skills and typing speed of 45+ WPM, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
Confident self-starter who works well independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, and other methods.
Collaborate with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
Conduct needs analyses with clients and identify potential gaps in coverage.
Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
Become familiar with products, services, and systems.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
