About The Position

NavSav is seeking a highly motivated commercial insurance producer to grow an existing book of business. The company has more than 75 locations across multiple states and partners with A+ rated carriers. NavSav offers a personalized business plan based on the producer’s needs and financial goals, along with a competitive base and an uncapped commission opportunity. The role contributes to the company’s growth by developing client relationships, producing new business, and supporting renewals.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license.
Entrepreneurial personality.
Pass a background check.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Operational computing skills, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Confidence and ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop relationships with business owners through marketing, cold calling, referrals, and centers of influence.
Work with a Commercial Lines Account Manager to create, submit, and issue new business policies and renew the existing book of business.
Conduct client needs analyses and identify gaps in coverage.
Respond promptly to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage.
Become familiar with the company’s products, services, and systems.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
