Technicians will service a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and communicate directly with customers.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

NATE Certification
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturers

Responsibilities

Service a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including Rooftop Units (RTUs), Split Systems, Air Handlers, Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Make-Up Air Units, and Exhaust & Ventilation Systems.
Diagnose equipment issues.
Perform repairs.
Complete preventive maintenance.
Communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.
Work with Building Automation Controls (working knowledge preferred).
