Commercial HVAC Service Tech
About The Position
Rescue Rooter, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Tech to service and install commercial domestic hot water systems and commercial heating and cooling systems. The role includes work on commercial water heaters, boilers, holding tanks and controls, tankless water heaters, combo units, circulating pumps, forced-air and air-conditioning units, heat pumps, and chilling towers. Candidates must have three years of commercial HVAC experience, strong electrical systems knowledge, CFC certification, and the ability to read commercial wiring schematics. The work involves using power and hand tools, lifting up to 50 pounds independently, working outdoors and in tight spaces, and using ladders to access roofs. Applicants must undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in commercial HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- CFC certification.
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools.
- Ability to work outdoors and in tight spaces.
- Ability to use ladders for roof access.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
