Commercial HVAC/R Technician
About The Position
Frank Gay Commercial Services is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. The role includes working on rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chilled water systems, and cooling towers, as well as HVAC electrical and controls, including high- and low-voltage systems. The technician will provide effective problem-solving and customer service, communicate clearly with clients, attend periodic manufacturer training, be available for on-call duty as required, and follow safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC/R experience.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.
- Universal EPA certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BAS and DDC controls.
