About The Position

The Commercial Claims Adjuster handles Auto Liability and Property Damage claims across nationwide jurisdictions. This role is eligible for fully remote work. The adjuster investigates, evaluates, and resolves first- and third-party Auto Liability Property Damage claims, applying claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution. The position works in partnership with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims management processes, while providing empathetic customer service to claimants. Claims must be handled in accordance with client and corporate policies, procedures, industry practices, and applicable statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Claim activity must be documented and communicated promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma.
At least 3 years of related claims experience.
Appropriate licensing and/or certification in every state where claims are handled.
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Experience with Auto Liability Property Damage claims, including first- and third-party claims.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree.
Active adjuster licenses in Texas, Florida, and Georgia are preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure, determine the appropriate course of action, and resolve claims.
Communicate and coordinate with parties involved in the claims process to support effective communication and resolution.
Provide empathetic customer service to claimants on behalf of clients throughout the claims process.
Handle claims in accordance with client and corporate policies, procedures, industry practices, and applicable statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements.
Document and communicate claim activity accurately and promptly.
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability Property Damage claims.
Partner with clients to deliver solutions and enhance claims management processes.
Think critically, solve problems, and plan and prioritize work to serve clients effectively.
