About The Position

Beverage Town is seeking a field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea, and espresso machines. The role involves working independently, troubleshooting equipment, and completing repairs with minimal supervision. Mechanical experience is required, but prior beverage equipment experience is not. Experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, or another mechanical field may be relevant. The position is based in the South Bend, Indiana area.

Requirements

• Mechanical or technical service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial beverage equipment.
• Independently manage assigned service calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch.
• Document completed work using a company-provided tablet.
