About The Position

The Beverage Service Technician delivers technical and customer service to beverage-industry customers, resolving equipment and service issues and supporting quality beverage delivery. The company provides training to become a technician, education about the evolving beverage industry, and a vehicle, phone, and tablet. The role requires travel as needed to meet customer and business needs and reports to the Field Service Manager for assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be insurable and have a good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently each workday.
• Good working knowledge of tablets, cell phones, and similar devices.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to adhere to technician scorecard metrics.

Nice To Haves

• Prior technical or mechanical work experience is a strong plus.
• Applicants with prior or current military service are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and customer service to customers.
• Listen to and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Complete assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Provide equipment training as needed to support quality beverage delivery.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers verbally and in writing as needed.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Care responsibly for company vehicles, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain a good safety record.
• Maintain the service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
• Travel as needed to support customer and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
