About The Position

The Beverage Service Technician delivers technical and customer service to beverage-industry customers. The company provides training to become a technician, education about the evolving beverage industry, and a vehicle, phone, and tablet. The role requires resolving customer issues, maintaining service equipment and inventory, completing work documentation, and traveling as needed to support customers and business needs.

Requirements

• Must be insurable, have a good driving record, and hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently during each workday.
• Working knowledge of tablets, cell phones, and similar devices.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to adhere to technician scorecard metrics.

Nice To Haves

• Prior technical or mechanical work experience is a strong plus.
• Applicants with prior or current military service are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive high-quality technical and customer service.
• Listen to and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Complete assigned work and associated paperwork.
• Provide equipment training as needed to support quality beverage delivery.
• Follow company policies and standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Care responsibly for company vehicles, equipment, and parts.
• Maintain a good safety record.
• Maintain the service vehicle and inventory according to company standards.
• Travel as needed to respond to and support customer and business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
