Requirements

Sales experience required (HVAC or in-home sales experience is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to thrive in a commission-based environment

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs and recommend HVAC system solutions
Prepare and present proposals for system replacements and upgrades
Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and follow-through
Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and available options
Work closely with installation and office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Generate referrals and maintain a strong reputation in the community
