We are currently looking for motivated Project Managers to join a dynamic team! This is a commission-based role with a weekly draw against commission. We offer residential service only, no commercial services. You will be provided with a well-stocked truck and dispatch from home. Uniforms, smartphones, and tablets are also provided. Requirements

Proven track record in outside sales (3+ years in home sales).
Construction log
Mechanical aptitude.
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Communication skills (written and verbal).
Customer service skills.
Detailed oriented.
Team player.
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Highly motivated and flexible.

Nice To Haves

Maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal.
Be able to sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company.

Responsibilities

In-home sales.
Take measurements of existing equipment.
Properly Size and design new installation.
Site visit with subtrades (pre job walks with install manager).
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
