About The Position

Comfort Solutions is hiring a high energy, driven Comfort Consultant to join our residential sales team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, assess their heating and cooling needs, and recommend customized solutions that fit their comfort goals and budget. You’ll manage the full sales process from lead to close, supported by a strong marketing and service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, people-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in residential sales, in-home consultations, or HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with HVAC products, installation processes, and comfort system design a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • CRM and basic computer proficiency required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-home consultations to assess HVAC system needs and explain product and service options
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners by educating them on energy efficiency, equipment, warranties, and financing
  • Present proposals and close sales with professionalism, urgency, and integrity
  • Accurately measure, scope, and communicate installation needs for job setup
  • Work closely with installation coordinators and field teams to ensure a seamless customer handoff
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with leads in a timely, consistent manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and technician ride-alongs to maintain product knowledge and sales technique
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and pride in every customer interaction
