Requirements
- You enjoy meeting new people and building trust quickly
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and motivation matter most
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive in the best way
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and assess their comfort needs
- Design customized HVAC solutions that actually make sense
- Build strong relationships through honesty, professionalism, and personality
- Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system options
- Create proposals and close sales with confidence (and maybe a little charm)
- Work closely with our install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up with customers and turn great service into lifelong loyalty
