About The Position

Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is hiring a Comfort Consultant to serve homeowners in the Kansas City Metro. The role focuses on evaluating customers’ heating and cooling needs, recommending replacement HVAC systems, and helping customers choose suitable solutions. The consultant builds customer relationships, explains equipment and financing options, prepares proposals, follows up on opportunities, and coordinates with installation and service teams to support a smooth customer experience. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $150,000–$200,000+.
