About The Position

GUARANTEED SERVICE, a full-service Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing company, is hiring experienced In-Home Sales Consultants for New Jersey and Staten Island. The role offers pre-set, company-provided appointments, an established sales system, and uncapped commission. Compensation is listed as $100,000–$400,000+ per year, with top representatives earning $400,000+. A company vehicle is provided. This is full-time, year-round work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of in-home sales experience; HVAC experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Confident and persuasive, customer-focused, resilient, competitive, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, company-provided appointments; no cold calling is required.
• Evaluate homeowners’ needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently.

• Manage an individual sales pipeline.
