About The Position

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, in partnership with ARS, is part of a residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services provider with more than 7,000 team members and over 45 years of experience. The Comfort Advisor meets residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions in a consultative sales role. Leads are company-generated and pre-set, with no cold-calling or canvassing. The role offers install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. The listed compensation range is $100,000–$200,000+ annually based on performance and represents the average compensation range of top performers; pay is not guaranteed. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, requiring one weekend day.

Requirements

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces and work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Nice To Haves

• One-call-close experience is strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred and required in some locations.
