About The Position

T-Solutions is seeking a Combat Systems Port Engineer (CSPE) to serve as its onboard representative and help ensure assigned ships’ operational readiness. The CSPE routinely validates shipboard conditions through observation and evaluation, leads a maintenance team, and represents the Type Commander (TYCOM) and Commanding Officer in off-ship maintenance and modernization efforts. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a valid passport or the ability to obtain one. An active DoD Secret clearance is highly desired; candidates eligible to obtain and maintain one may be considered, with a contingent offer and start date established after the clearance is fully adjudicated. The role requires maintaining communication with a supervisor or manager when away from the office, using personal equipment and services for business purposes; compensation includes incidental costs for that work-related use.
