About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Planner (Estimator) to join the team. This role is critical to the success of the shop, creating accurate repair plans and ensuring vehicles move efficiently through production. Requirements

Five or more years of collision estimating experience is preferred.
Prior customer service, front office, or administrative experience; automotive or collision industry experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.

Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital communication tools (CRM/email platforms).

Nice To Haves

Collision estimating experience of five or more years.

Responsibilities

Work directly with technicians to blueprint each vehicle entering production.
Write repair plans based on OEM procedures.
Clearly communicate repair updates to collision repair advisors.
Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.
Assist with insurance claim processing and adjuster coordination.
Source and order parts as needed during the repair process.
Manage workflow for all vehicles in process.
Coordinate sublet repairs when necessary.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward professional development and advancement.
