About The Position
The Collision Repair Planner prepares accurate, comprehensive estimates for vehicle repairs by assessing damage, determining repair needs, and calculating labor and material costs in collaboration with technicians and other team members. The role requires precise documentation and strong organization throughout the repair process. The planner also supports workflow coordination and quality assurance to help maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction within the repair facility.
Requirements
- Experience writing estimates for an auto body shop or insurance company.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CCC estimating software.
