About The Position

The Collision Repair Planner prepares accurate, comprehensive estimates for vehicle repairs by assessing damage, determining necessary repairs, and calculating labor and material costs in collaboration with technicians and other team members. The role ensures estimates are documented precisely and maintains organization and accuracy throughout the repair process. It also supports workflow coordination and quality assurance to promote efficiency and customer satisfaction within the repair facility.

The typical work environment involves desktop computing in an office and/or remote workspace. The position requires extended use of standard desktop equipment and communication tools, and may require lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds. Requirements

• Experience writing estimates for an auto body shop or insurance company.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience with CCC estimating software.
