About The Position

The Collision Repair Planner prepares accurate, comprehensive estimates for vehicle repairs by assessing vehicle damage, determining required repairs, and calculating labor and material costs in collaboration with technicians and other team members. The role maintains precise documentation and a high standard of organization and accuracy throughout the repair process. It also supports workflow coordination and quality assurance to promote efficiency and customer satisfaction within the repair facility.

Requirements

• Experience writing estimates for an auto body shop or insurance company.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliability and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CCC estimating software.
