About The Position

Crash Champions is hiring a Collision Estimator to guide customers through vehicle repairs and insurance procedures while managing repairs from the initial estimate through final closeout. The role includes preparing estimates, evaluating damage, ensuring quality standards, coordinating repair documentation, and keeping customers informed throughout the process. The compensation range is $65,000 to $148,645 per year, inclusive of monthly sales incentive bonuses; the actual offer depends on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Knowledge of working with insurance partners.
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems; CCC One is preferred, as well as Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
Complete initial estimates, prepare complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards.
Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status and provide a positive customer experience.
Pull and review data procedures for or with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
