About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator for its Dripping Springs service center. The role performs all-purpose duties that may include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total-loss administration, and communicating post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers. The employee must comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.

Requirements

At least 2 years of collision estimating experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
Must have an advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
Must have a strong sales orientation.
Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
