About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator at its Palmdale service center. The role involves writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, preparing final customer paperwork before vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and communicating repair plans and vehicle-status updates to customers. The estimator must follow Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. The stated pay opportunity is $60,000–$110,000 per year. Requirements

At least 2 years of collision estimating experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.
Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
