About The Position

The College Campus Line Cook is an essential member of the production kitchen team, preparing and serving food according to the daily menu, recipes, and specified standards. The work also includes food preparation and kitchen maintenance. Requirements
- At least 1 year of line cook or culinary experience.
- Flexible and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness.
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to enhance students' minds, bodies, and happiness.
- Must be able to work in a school environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow food safety standards at all times.
- Cook and prepare food accurately according to recipes and specifications provided by the Chef or Genuine Foods.
- Coordinate with team members so food is prepared on time for service.
- Maintain a clean working environment and assist with additional cleaning duties.
- Keep the work area stocked and organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
