About The Position

AllianceOne, a subsidiary of Teleperformance, provides customer service and first- and third-party collections services. The Collections Specialist helps customers address past-due accounts while balancing empathetic service with accountability for collection quotas and performance goals. No collections experience is required. Paid training, coaching, and a performance-based career path are offered. The position is located at 1684 Woodlands Drive, Maumee, OH 43537.
