About The Position

Prysmian is hiring Machine Operators for its night-shift production team. This hands-on role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, and helping the team meet production goals. Previous manufacturing experience is not required; paid training is provided. Applicants with experience in warehouse operations, forklift driving, construction, farming, mechanics, automotive work, landscaping, production, or other physically demanding work are encouraged to apply.

The schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Base pay is $17.50–$19.00 per hour, with a $2.00-per-hour night-shift differential and potential earnings of $19.50–$21.00 per hour. Pay is weekly, and overtime and attendance bonus opportunities are available. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stable work history.

• Ability to safely perform physical job duties.

• Comfort standing and walking for 12-hour shifts.
• Comfort working around industrial equipment.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials, including reels and materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
