About The Position

America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated, results-driven Collections Representative with a background in collections, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving targets. The role supports the financial health of the business while providing customer service to customers. The position involves field visits to customers' locations and offers hourly compensation plus eligibility for a monthly bonus. New Account Representatives may participate in a bonus plan with a potential monthly value of up to $425. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the start date, and the bonus is disbursed in the subsequent month.

Employment is contingent upon a pre-employment background review, drug test, satisfactory MVR, and any applicable state or local requirements for necessary licensure.
