About The Position

America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Collections Representative to help ensure the financial health of the business while providing excellent customer service. The role involves visiting customers in the field, negotiating payment arrangements, communicating with customers about concerns, and maintaining accurate collection records. Compensation is hourly, with eligibility for a monthly bonus of up to $425. Bonus eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the start date, and the bonus is paid in the subsequent month.
