Collections Representative
About The Position
America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated, results-driven Field Collections Representative to support the financial health of the business while providing excellent customer service. The role involves visiting customers in the field, negotiating payment arrangements, maintaining collection records, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Compensation is hourly, with eligibility for a monthly bonus. New Account Representatives may participate in a bonus plan worth up to $425 per month. Eligibility begins on the first day of the month following the start date, and the bonus is paid in the subsequent month.
