Collections Representative - Remote
About The Position
TSI is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Collections Representative for a remote, work-from-home role in customer service. The position involves contacting customers about past-due accounts and securing payments. Candidates hired for remote work receive company-issued equipment; equipment policies and procedures are provided during the interview and onboarding process. Applicants must complete a required series of AI-powered assessments through Harver after submitting an application. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of previous call center experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
- Ability to problem solve and multitask.
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.
- For remote work: broadband internet connection; DSL and dial-up are not accepted.
- For remote work: a hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi hotspots are not accepted.
- For remote work: internet speed test results must be at least 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Completion of the required Harver assessments after application submission.
